James is Chief Executive Officer of Crowd Technologies
James has had a diverse range of experience in International Business, building on his first degree in Russian and his MBA. He was responsible for leading the expansion of BOC Group across Russia within the health sector, later acquired by Linde Industrial Gases where he was retained to consult on the buy out. Following a number of consultancy and interim MD roles in manufacturing, professional services and retail, as well as lecturing for Cambridge Marketing College for 6 years, James helped to successfully launch a franchise business – NXO Strategic Marketing Network with his business mentor Phillip Dyer, later seeing the business expand to 16 offices. He became a mentor himself, later to invest in a number of tech start ups. Recognising the potential of social media he became a co-founder of Crowd Technologies in 2009.
James has built a strong reputation in developing and harnessing disruptive technology for use in large scale Enterprise businesses. He challenges the operational team to keep innovating the CrowdControlHQ offer, to ensure that the platform maintains its position as the UK’s leading social media risk management and compliance tool.
