Information Collection and Use
When you or your administrator creates or configures new accounts personal information is required such as your name, username, password and email address. None of this information is available publicly, but will be visible to your administrator.
We may use your contact information to send you information about our services or to inform you of new features. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages.
If you contact us via email we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of CrowdControlHQ. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions across our system may also be included in Log Data.
This Log Data is used by CrowdControlHQ to understand how our software is used in order to improve our service and for security purposes.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not disclose your private information except in the limited circumstances required by law. We will not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Should you wish to have your account details removed you must contact your administrator, who will perform such a task.
